2010 Great Lakes Division Club Racing Operating Letter

The Operating Letter consists of standards by which we will operate races in all nine divisions of SCCA in 2010. They are guidelines and are not the only penalties that we may use. They are by their nature minimums, so that all participants will have an expectation of what we will do in common situations.
